Custom cabinets are one of our specialties at Tom Turcketta Building and Remodeling. Our skilled woodworkers design and build our cabinets starting with the raw materials, and the entire process is produced in house. We buy all lumber raw, then cut it, mill it and shape it.

Custom Built to Fit
This custom process allows us to design cabinets that are exclusively sized to fit into specialized areas. Conversely, manufactured cabinets at big box stores are restricted in size, and therefore limit what you can do during an historic home remodel, forcing the use of fillers to accommodate different sizes. We design all our cabinets by hand, without using fillers, so if you desire eight-foot cabinets, for example, we will build eight-foot cabinets.
We will outfit custom cabinets with any type of accessory, from pull-outs and stainless-steel baskets to cabinets designed around stoves, ovens and wine chillers.
Beyond Kitchens & Baths
Because all our cabinets are custom built, we can easily create an entertainment center with cabinets of virtually any size or shape, design a work desk surrounded by built-in shelves and storage cabinets, create a functional display of center cabinets around a fireplace, and even build a custom medicine cabinet with a mirrored door.
